Shipping Policy
Items are shipped from Champlain NY 12919 via USPS or UPS depending on the item and or purchase. Other couriers or methods of shipment can be provided at buyer’s request. For example: FedEx Express, UPS RedEye, etc.
Shipping rates are flat fees and may be combined depending on the size and or weight of total combined purchase. The shipping rates are non-negotiable unless specifically stipulated in the terms and conditions prior to purchase.
Disclosure
PAW Industrial is a liquidator for industrial supplies. We are not responsible for any manufacture defective products or misuse of the products we sell as we are simply a re-seller. All products we carry are in new condition unless otherwise stated in the description. Once your order is shipped, a tracking number is provided to you directly from us or indirectly through eBay/PayPal. Please note, as soon as your parcel has been packaged and shipped out from our warehouse via selected courier, the parcel is out of our hands.
In the instance for issuance of a refund, the buyer has 3 days after receiving their item to report any return to us in order to qualify for a refund. Any returns made to us must be unused and in the exact same condition as was shipped to the buyer. Buyer may be entitled to a refund or credited amount if the product they received does not fit the description of the auction. The buyer may also return any item he or she does not want, however a 20% restocking fee will be charged of their purchase to cover the extra fees and time associated to back the transaction.
